Upcoming 2017 Mission Projects

NOW— May 14, 2017 >>> Personal Items collection for Women at Missouri Baptist Human Trafficking Rescue Mission

The Missouri Baptist Children's Home Traffic Rescue Program, Freedom 43:19, is requesting resources to assist their ministry for women in need. One of the best ways to acquire these items is through hosting a collection drive. Some of the biggest needs are:

  • Duffel bags, backpacks, overnight bags
  • Clothes of all kinds -- pajamas, socks, long shirts, shorts, and tennis shoes. All appropriate clothing in various sizes.
  • Women's Bibles
  • Misc. hair supplies -- shampoo, clips, brushes
  • Women's personal hygiene/care items

The following are beneficial as therapeutic items for the women:

  • Small inexpensive mp3 players
  • Sketch pads and arts supplies
  • Yarn and related supplies for crocheting and knitting
  • Christian/family friendly DVDs

Other ways you can help is by praying for the women who come through the program. Pray for healing and a change of heart and good opportunities. Some that come through the program go back on the streets and deal with trust issues. Also pray for the Front Line Staff. Women who live in house with the ladies and serve 24/7.
